MEMC amends revolving credit agreement

SAN FRANCISCO — Silicon wafer manufacturer MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. amended its revolving credit agreement last week, according to a regulatory filing Wednesday.

MEMC said some parts of the agreement were changed because of its purchase of SunEdison LLC, which is North America’s largest solar energy services provider, this month. MEMC paid $200 million in cash and stock for the company.

MEMC also switched to using PNC Bank, National Association from National City Bank as its lender for the credit agreement, the filing said.
