Repco Bank Recruitment Process Starts June 7

INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- The Repco Bank has announced that it has started its recruitment process for Scale I Officers and Junior Assistants in Pondicherry and its branches across four states in South India. The official website for the bank, repcobank.com, has listed all the necessary requirements that a candidate has to possess to appear for the examinations as part of the recruitment process.

According to the Repco Bank website, the age limit for the Scale I officers will be a minimum of 21 years with the upper limit fixed at 30 years. The minimum educational qualifications which the candidate has to possess is a graduation or a postgraduate degree from a recognized university in India. Apart from that, the candidate must also be computer literate and have a clear knowledge about the local language of the state for which he or she is applying.

As per the information on the website of the Repco Bank, the eligible candidates must appear for a written test to be held in Chennai. All candidates who are interested, can send an application form addressed to the Joint General Manager (HRD) Repco Bank Ltd., before the 7th of June. An application fee of Rs. 300 is to be paid by the candidates of the SC and ST category. The general candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs. 450. The officers will be recruited at a pay scale of Rs.14500- Rs.25700.

The age limit for the Junior Assistants on the other hand has been fixed between 21 years to 25 years. They will be offered a salary of Rs.7200- Rs.19300 upon recruitment. However, for both the posts the minimum compensation for a person posted at Chennai will be Rs. 24020 and Rs. 11927 respectively.
