Spectra Energy Corp., down $1.74 at $19.37
An analyst downgraded the company and said lower energy prices would cause it to fall short of its earnings guidance.
Walgreen Co., down $2.10 at $32.71
A Credit Suisse analyst issued a downgrade, citing slow movement on the company’s plan to cut costs and boost store productivity.

The company, which makes equipment for wireless network providers, said its third-quarter loss narrowed, beating analyst estimates.

Sears Holdings Corp., down $10.86 at $88.70
First-quarter net income fell 38 percent on thinner profit margins at its Sears chain, squeezed by heavy discounts on appliances.
Beacon Roofing Supply Inc., down $1.58 at $19.24
