Kimberly-Clark board taps former McKinsey partner
DALLAS — Kimberly-Clark Corp., maker of Huggies diapers and Kleenex tissue, said it has elected a former McKinsey & Co. partner to its board.
Nancy J. Karch, 62, retired from McKinsey in 2000 after a 26-year career at the management consulting firm, where she served in several positions including managing partner for its retail and consumer industries group. She serves on the board of directors for Genworth Financial Inc., Liz Claiborne Inc., MasterCard Worldwide and The Corporate Executive Board.
Kimberly-Clark shares rose 30 cents to close at $63.13.
