Walgreen Co., down $1.97 at $28.17
The drugstore chain’s higher costs related to health care rules and an acquisition hurt third quarter net income.
Biovail Corp., up $2.11 at $18.78
The drugmaker is combining with Valeant Pharmaceuticals International in a cash-and-stock deal.
Lincare Holdings Inc., up $1.59 at $32.35
The home respiratory therapy company’s board has approved the start of quarterly cash dividends of 20 cents.
