NEW YORK — Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Monday on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market:

Altria Group Inc., up 64 cents at $20.34

The Supreme Court declined to get involved in a legal fight about the dangers of cigarettes that has stretched more than a decade.

Noble Corp., up 72 cents at $30

The offshore drilling services company is bulking up operations, signaling it will be some time before its back to business as usual.

Williams Sonoma Inc., up 35 cents at $25.44

A Wells Fargo analyst wrote that the retailer is showing momentum right now and is poised for long-term growth as well.

Aflac Inc., up $1.19 at $44.78

The disability insurer has sold its entire sovereign debt holdings in Greece and will record an after-tax investment loss.

Micron Technology Inc., up 56 cents at $10.02

An analyst raised his estimates on the company, saying higher prices and healthy demand would lift results for this year and next.

An analyst upgraded the business process services company on its strong growth prospects amid a deflated stock price.

Orexigen Therapeutics Inc., up 75 cents at $4.90

A clinical trial showed its obesity drug candidate Contrave also reduced symptoms of depression.

Finish Line Inc., down 28 cents at $14.48

Investors continued to cheer the athletic goods retailer’s strong first-quarter report and an analyst upgraded the stock.
