Wheat, corn prices rise on CBOT, oats, soybeans drop; Beef, pork futures trade mixed

Grains prices, livestock futures trade mixed
CHICAGO — Grains futures traded mixed Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery rose 9.5 cents to $7.045 a bushel; December corn added 5.5 cents to $4.415 a bushel; December oats dipped 0.25 cent to $2.7825 a bushel; and November soybeans fell 3.5 cents to $10.225 a bushel.
Beef and pork futures also traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
October live cattle slipped 0.05 cent to 98.05 cents a pound; October feeder cattle dropped 1.08 cents to $1.1592 a pound; October lean hogs gained 0.05 cent to 74.87 cents a pound; while February pork bellies were unchanged at $1.0525 a pound.
