Metro services to be affected by Republic Day rehearsal

NEW DELHI - Delhi Metro services will be partly curtailed Sunday as the dress rehearsals for the Republic Day parade take place with the Central Secretariat and Udyog Bhawan Metro stations remaining out of bounds for commuters till 12.30 p.m.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has announced that Metro services will be affected on the Huda City Centre - Jahangirpuri line and Central Secretariat - Badarpur line as access to these will not be allowed from the Central Secretariat and Udyog Bhawan metro stations till 12.30 p.m.

Interchange from Central Secretariat station will, however, not be affected and those going towards Badarpur can change the line, but no exit will be allowed.

Metro train services on all other lines will run as per normal schedule from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
