NEW YORK - U.S. airlines operated more flights on-time in April and far fewer passengers were stuck in long tarmac delays, the government said Thursday.

NEW YORK - U.S. airlines operated fewer on-time flights in February, the Department of Transportation said Thursday, as massive snowstorms shut down some of the largest East Coast airports.

ATLANTA - U.S. airlines did a poorer job getting passengers to their destinations on-time in October compared to the same month a year ago.
