Cambay Hotels opens health food cafe in Ahmedabad

GANDHINAGAR - Hot beverages to pump up digestive juices, tea for diabetics, one to beat anxiety, green tea to aid slimming….a new spa-themed cafe in Ahmedabad has this and many other health meals.
Hospitality major Neesa Sunday announced the arrival of health meal destination Caf Winter Garden at their five star business property Cambay Grand.
According to Geeta Bhasi, corporate spokesperson of the group, the cafe lays emphasis on healthy, light, refreshing and delicious cuisine that aids in quicker metabolism and detoxification of the body.
“Holistic approach to food is an integral part of any wellness regimen and to support rejuvenation programmes. We offer a wide range of salads, cream based to light vinegar and olive oil based that will help to quench and beat the summer heat,” she said.
“Our hot and cold soups, including Gaspachos, are designed to cool the stress and grime of the hot summer months to come. Light non-veg and veg main course is on the menu and whats more the desserts are fruit based, low sugar, fat free and contemporary too,” she added.
On the offering at the health food facility after the treatment at the spa are sugar free smoothies, iced teas, decaffinated coffee.
Cambay Hotels and Resorts launched in 2005 with the Cambay spa and golf resort here are a part of Neesa Leisure Ltd.
