Air Products spent $450,000 lobbying gov’t in 3Q
WASHINGTON — Air Products and Chemicals Inc., an industrial and medical gas supplier, spent $450,000 in the third quarter to lobby Congress on clean energy issues, according to a recent disclosure report.
The Allentown, Pa.-based company lobbied on clean air and clean energy legislation, federal regulations for fluorinated gases, and carbon capture and sequestration projects.
During the July-September period, Air Products and Chemicals lobbied Congress and the Environmental Protection Agency, according to the report submitted Oct. 14 to the House clerk’s office.
