IntercontinentalExchange Inc., down $3.32 at $107.07
An analyst lowered his rating on shares of the futures and over-the-counter exchange operator after the stock’s recent run-up.
Teekay Tankers Ltd., down 89 cents at $12.15
The oil tanker operator priced a public offering of 7.7 million shares of Class A common stock at $12.25 per share.
