Navy awards $39 million task order to SAIC for work on a communications and information system

SAIC gets $39 million Navy task order
MCLEAN, Va. — Science Applications International Corp. said Tuesday that it has been awarded a Navy task order potentially worth up to $39 million for work on a communications and information system.
The order is for work on the U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s communication network that is used for tasks such as ship radios, automatic identification systems and communication and control for unmanned vehicles.
Company shares fell 25 cents to $17.18 in morning trading.
