Abu Dhabi, Aug 8 (IANS/WAM) Representatives of over 200 leading retail firms of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will hold a summit in November to identify the major factors behind the continued growth of it’s retail sector.

The summit, to be organised by AIM Events in partnership with DMS Retail, will highlight current trends on client care, technology, management, marketing, branding and supply, among others.

It will be held Nov 22-24 at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi.

“The GCC retail summit provides an excellent platform for sharing latest and best retail industry practices from across the region,” said James Graham, general manager of AIM Events.

“More importantly, the key drivers for its continued growth will be identified and recognized. By doing so, underlying factors behind such drivers can be discussed and cultivated, which could help maximise its full potential of providing even further business success,” he added.
