Raytheon gets $165.3M Missile Defense contract
SEATTLE — Raytheon Missile Systems Co. has won a contract for work for the Missile Defense Agency worth $165.3 million, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
Under the contract, the company, part of Raytheon Co., will provide engineering services and material for systems engineering, design and development support and initial hardware fabrication for the Standard Missile-3 Block IIA missile.
The work is to be done in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by March 31.
