Tata Housing to Launch Housing Projects Abroad

MUMBAI, INDIA (GaeaTImes.com) — Tata Housing is all set to expand its business abroad after doing some good amount of housing projects across the top cities in the country. The unit of Tata Sons announced to launch housing projects in Sri Lanka and Maldives in the current quarter.
With this new venture Tata is ready to explore the international markets. It is planning to do luxury as well as affordable housing projects.
Tata Housing launched its new arm by the name Smart Value Homes that will sell houses in the range of Rs 500,000 ti Rs 35 lakh.
