Dabur Q2 net profit rises 15.3 percent

NEW DELHI - Fast moving consumer goods major Dabur India Wednesday reported a 15.3 percent rise in net profit at Rs.160.35 crore for the quarter ended Sep 30, as against Rs.139 crore earned during the like period of last fiscal.

The total income of the group stood at Rs.989.5 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs.861.47 crore in the like period of 2009.

The company declared an interim dividend of 50 paise per share.
