NEW DELHI - The Delhi Metro Rail Corp (DMRC) will sell tickets for the 30th India International Trade Fair (IITF) at 132 Metro stations from Sunday, an official said Friday.

The fair will be open to public Nov 19-27. The tickets are priced at Rs.40 for adults and Rs.20 for children on weekdays and Rs.60 and Rs.30 respectively on weekends.

The fair will open for business visitors from Nov 14 to Nov 18 and the ticket for that is priced at Rs.400.

As DMRC is expecting massive crowds to use the Pragati Maidan Metro station, 24 additional manual ticket counters will be opened at the station on weekdays, DMRC spokesperson Anuj Dayal said.

During last year’s trade fair, the average daily ridership to Pragati Maidan increased to one lakh passengers per day, he added.
