LONDON - Stocks pushed higher Friday after a relatively upbeat U.S.
OCRACOKE, N.C. - Ferries are taking people off an island on North Carolina's Outer Banks as powerful Hurricane Earl heads toward the United States.
Some of the economic news was a little better on Tuesday, but it was not enough to keep oil prices from dropping again.
