Nasdaq to delist Puerto Rico bank EuroBancshares
NEW YORK — The Nasdaq Stock Market on Thursday said it will delist the common stock of EuroBancshares Inc., a Puerto Rican bank.
Regulators closed the bank on April 30, and EuroBancshares said a few days later it would file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Trading was suspending on May 12.
Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting, which will become effective 10 days later.
