NH 1, NH 22 open for traffic

CHANDIGARH - National Highway 1, which connects Ambala with Delhi, and National Highway 22, which connects Ambala with Chandigarh and Shimla, were opened for normal traffic Wednesday morning.
Some parts of these highways were closed after incessant rainfall had led to massive waterlogging with three to four feet of water.
