Microsec Financial Gains more than 14 Percent at BSE

MUMBAI (GaeaTimes.com) — The Bombay Stock Exchange saw a steep increase with Microsec Financial which gained more than 14 percent on the issue price of Rs. 135.10. MFSL shares went up by 14.49% over the issue price of Rs. 118.
The NSE also saw similar patterns with shares debuted at Rs. 130. It had an increase of 10.16 percent over the issue price. It has been reported that more than 1.63 crore shares have been traded in the opening season.
The company has plans to utilise the proceeds from the issue to expand its financing business by enhancing its network of branches.
At present, MFSL has a network of 239 branches in 16 states.
