GENEVA - Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Saturday arrived here on his way to Washington as the first state guest of US President Barack Obama.

Manmohan Singh will land in Washington Sunday to begin a five-day visit to the US that is expected to unveil a new framework for deepening the strategic India-US partnership around key global challenges ranging from counter-terrorism to climate change and non-proliferation.
