Grains prices fall on Chicago Board of Trade, beef and pork futures slide

Agriculture futures fall on Chicago Board of Trade
CHICAGO — Grains futures dropped Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for July delivery slid 8.5 cents to $4.59 a bushel; July corn fell 6.75 cents to $3.6425 a bushel; July soybeans tumbled 12 cents to $9.285 a bushel; and July oats lost 2.5 cents to $1.965 a bushel.
Beef and pork futures also fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle lost 1.17 cents to 89.95 cents a pound; August feeder cattle slid 1.33 cents to $1.0752 a pound; June lean hogs were shed 0.97 cent to 80.90 cents a pound; and July pork bellies dropped 0.30 cent to 102.40 cents a pound.
