Grains futures rise on Chicago Board of Trade; Beef, pork prices mostly trade higher

Grains futures up, Livestock prices mostly rise
CHICAGO — Grain futures rose Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery added 8.25 cents to $6.555 a bushel; December corn gained 11.5 cents to $4.83 a bushel; December oats jumped 6.5 cents to $3.44 a bushel; and soybeans for November delivery rose 14.5 cents to $10.685 a bushel.
Beef and pork futures traded flat or higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
December live cattle added 0.30 cent to 97.60 cents a pound; November feeder cattle edged up 0.08 cent to $1.1075 a pound; December lean hogs gained 0.60 cent to 72.50 cents a pound; and February pork bellies were flat at $1.0850 a pound.
