Wheat, corn, soybeans, oats futures rise on CBOT; Beef gains, pork prices mostly rise

Grains futures rise, livestock prices up
CHICAGO — Grain futures gained Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery rose 60 cents to $7.1925 a bushel; December corn jumped 30 cents to $5.2825 a bushel; December oats climbed 20 cents to $3.695 a bushel; and soybeans for November delivery gained 70 cents to $11.35 a bushel.
Beef and pork futures mostly rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
December live cattle increased 1.77 cents to 98.87 cents a pound; November feeder cattle rose 1.32 cents to $1.0765 a pound. December lean hogs rose 2.55 cents to 73.85 cents a pound; while February pork bellies were flat at $1.03 a pound.
