TRIVANDRUM - Riding the current wave of reinvigoration sweeping through the market that had been lulled by the global downturn, SunTec Business Solutions, the leading provider of Relationship-based Pricing and Centralized Billing solutions, has announced their hiring plan for 2010, much in sync with their expansion strategy.
Keeping in mind the resource requirements that have arose from their recent worldwide ventures, that include wins in verticals like Ports and Fleets in addition to the BFSI, Telecom and Utilities verticals and foreseeing the opportunities of the future, the billing solutions major is planning to recruit over 50 software professionals, including fresh graduate engineers. With this recruitment drive, SunTec’s total headcount will rise up to 500.
The company is looking for talented IT professionals, who would love to be part of a value-enriched work culture, and an organisation where innovation is a part of life. “Innovation distinguishes between a leader and follower. SunTec grew up to be the leader of the global transaction billing space, thanks to our dedicated and highly talented workforce that thrives on constant innovation.
Today, we are set to conquer greater heights of achievement in our target markets and emerging verticals, while chiselling thoroughbred professionals, who can decide what innovation means for the future of software technology. We are looking for fresh minds that can help us to continuously innovate and provide world-class products to our global clientele,” said K Nanda Kumar, CEO, SunTec.
In the last couple of years, SunTec has been consolidating their business. Even during the past year, the company had two strategic wins in the Middle East region, one of which has helped them to gain a foothold in Port Operations Billing - their fifth operating domain.
Success also came in the form of additional projects from two leading banks and a telecom player - all their existing clients in the Asia-Pacific region. In the last fiscal, SunTec cemented strategic partnerships with industry leaders to establish stronger local presence, which in fact, has helped the company to woo Tier 1 and Tier 2 players, thus empowering them to leverage fresh opportunities and giving a fillip to their core business.
