Railroad operator Union Pacific names Dennis Duffy vice chairman of railroad operations

Union Pacific promotes several executives
OMAHA, Neb. — Freight railroad operator Union Pacific Corp. announced several executive changes Wednesday that will take effect Jan. 1.
The company said Executive Vice President of Operations Dennis J. Duffy will become vice chairman of operations for the Union Pacific Railroad. Duffy joined the company in 1973 and has held several finance, marketing and sales positions.
Vice President of Labor Relations Lance M. Fritz will become vice president of operations, reporting to Duffy.
