Inc. India 500 launched - a peek into the next generation of India Inc.

NEW DELHI - Inc. India, the soon-to-be launched publication for India’s growth companies, released the Inc. India 500, a comprehensive research study of India’s fastest growing midsized enterprises at Hotel Oberoi on December 17th.

Analjit Singh, Founder-Chairman, Max India delivered the keynote address at the programme and lauded the Inc. India 500 for their commitment to growth and excellence. Singh released the study and presented the certificates to the awardees.

Emphasising the importance of having sharp focus and deep commitment, Singh cited the example of Roger Federer, the champion tennis player whose razor sharp concentration enabled him to dominate the world of tennis. Conceding that focus was an imperative for midsized enterprises, he cautioned them to use their limited resources wisely in order to sustain and increase their growth rates. Dr Pramath Raj Sinha, Founder and Managing Director, Nine Dot Nine Media, noted that Inc. India would focus on spotting “diamonds in the rough” and bring new stories of success and determination of Indian entrepreneurship.

Speaking at the programme, Anuradha Das Mathur, Publisher, Inc. India reiterated the commitment of the magazine to India’s community of high-growth midsized enterprises. Highlighting the fact that they have been underserved on several counts, she described the Inc. India 500 list as a “tribute to the grit, determination, perseverance, foresight and leadership of inspiring entrepreneurs. The study and programme was supported by MCX Stock Exchange and MetLife, whose representatives shared their perspectives on how midsized enterprises could leverage better governance practices and employee care to sustain their high-growth trajectory.
