Potential presidential hopeful Pence says GOP will repeal health law “lock, stock and barrel”

Indiana congressman addresses 2012 “cattle call”
NEW ORLEANS — Indiana Rep. Mike Pence has vowed that House Republicans will repeal President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul law “lock, stock and barrel.”
In a fiery speech before the Southern Republican Leadership Conference, Pence noted that Obama recently dared the GOP to try to repeal the law. Pence says his response to Obama is, “count on it.”
A conservative Republican with a growing but limited presence on the national political stage, Pence is considered by GOP leaders to be a potential 2012 presidential candidate.
The SRLC, which ends Saturday, has given GOP activists a chance to watch potential presidential candidates in action.
