Wipro Wins 10 Year Contract

BANGALORE, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Wipro Ltd along with TV Sundram Iyengar And Sons which happens to be an automobile parts distribution company have announced their 10 year contract. Reportedly, the contract between the Wipro and TV Sundram Iyengar And Sons shall offer leverage to IT (Information Technology) for all business units and the functional areas of the automobile parts distributor company.

Although the details of the deal has not been disclosed by the two companies it is speculated that Wipro shall monitor the initial transformation period. It was said that all re-engineer works will be done by Wipro which shall make it easy for the company to achieve it’s goal of IT business alignment. The next phase shall be a detailed one which shall take care of the entire maintenance as well the operations of the Data Center. Reportedly, the whole setup shall be based upon key performance indicators and target orientated outcome.

Anand Sankaran who happens to be the Wipro ’s Senior Vice President and the Business Head for India and Middle East told the media that Wipro considers their association with TV Sundram Iyengar And Sons to be their privilege. He also underlined the fact that the partnership between Wipro and TV Sundram Iyengar And Sons will offer a growth platform for both the companies in a scenario where competitive automotive distribution shall witness a mass leverage in terms of IT. Speaking on the same note was R Dinesh of TVS And Sons who is of the opinion that business-IT alignment is the basic source which helps one and all to achieve business transformation. He is elated to have entered into an agreement with a market leader like Wipro which he thinks shall be highly beneficial for the company.
