NetApp board member won’t stand for re-election
SAN FRANCISCO — A board member of NetApp Inc. won’t stand for re-election, the data storage company said Thursday in a regulatory filing.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, NetApp said Donald T. Valentine informed the company on Monday that he won’t pursue re-election. He will remain on the company’s board and its governance and nominating committee until after the company’s annual meeting.
The company also said in the filing that it changed the date of its annual meeting to Aug. 31 from Sept. 2.
