Police: Sword-wielding porn actor wanted to kill
LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles police say a porn actor wasn’t targeting anyone in particular when he went on a sword-wielding rampage at an adult film company’s production facility, killing one colleague and injuring two others.
Police Detective Joel Price said Monday that Stephen Clancy Hill was simply intent on hurting or killing as many people as he could during the June 1 attack at Ultima DVD.
Ultima employee Herbert Hin Wong was killed in the attack, while Christopher Rachal and Yuri Drell were injured.
Ultima had fired the 34-year-old Hill and ordered him to leave the production facility, where he’d been living.
Hill was wanted on murder and attempted murder charges in the attack when he plunged some 40 feet to his death Saturday, after police trapped him on the edge of a hillside cliff. Police believe he jumped.
