Microsoft declares 13-cent quarterly dividend

REDMOND, Wash. — Microsoft Corp. said Wednesday its board declared a quarterly dividend of 13 cents.

The dividend is payable March 11, 2010, to shareholders of record on Feb. 18, 2010.
