Jacobs Engineering buys Tybrin for undisclosed amount, expands aerospace and defense portfolio

Jacobs Engineering acquires services firm Tybrin
PASADENA, Calif. — Engineering and construction firm Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. said Friday it bought Tybrin Corp., a supplier of engineering services to the Defense Department, NASA and other government clients.
Jacobs Engineering said the move expands its capabilities and services in the aerospace and defense sector and widens its customer reach.
The companies did not disclose the terms of the deal.
Shares of Jacobs closed at $37.09 on Thursday.
