KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. — Wireless technology developer InterDigital Inc. said Tuesday its board would meet soon to review its composition after the death of its longtime chairman, Harry Campagna.
Campagna, 70, joined the board of InterDigital in 1994 and was named chairman in 1996. The company now has five directors.
