Gardner Denver board declares dividend of 5 cents

Gardner Denver to pay 5-cent dividend

QUINCY, Ill. — Gardner Denver Inc., which makes air compressors and other machinery for the chemical, petroleum and food industries, said Tuesday that its board declared a quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share.

The dividend is payable March 25 to shareholders of record on March 9.
