Douglas Emmett declares quarterly dividend

SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Real estate investment trust Douglas Emmett Inc. said Monday its board has approved a regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents.

The dividend will be paid April 15 to shareholders of record as of March 31.
