ST. LOUIS — Peabody Energy Chairman and CEO Gregory Boyce received compensation of $11.4 million last year, a 52 percent increase for an executive whose salary has tripled since 2006, according to an Associated Press analysis of a regulatory filing.
Boyce received a salary of $1.1 million, $2.2 million in incentives and stock options and restricted stock worth $8 million when they were granted, nearly double the $4.2 million he received in similar awards in 2008.
