Terra Industries declares quarterly dividend

SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Fertilizer company Terra Industries Inc. said Monday its board has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents.

The dividend is payable April 22 to shareholders of record as of April 1.

Terra, which has agreed to be sold to CF Industries for $4.7 billion, said if that transaction is completed before April 22, CF Industries will pay the dividend on behalf of Terra.
