Fluor Corp. inks deal to manage IBM facilities
IRVING, Texas — Fluor Corp. on Wednesday said it signed a deal with IBM to provide maintenance and operations management for more than 300 facilities around the U.S.
Fluor will immediately begin providing janitorial and other facility management services to the buildings, which vary in size from a few thousand square feet to larger than 1 million square feet.
Terms of the deal were not provided.
Fluor shares closed Wednesday down 63 cents at $49.34.
