Graphic Packaging to close Colorado plant
MARIETTA, Ga. — Paperboard packaging maker Graphic Packaging International Inc. said Thursday it will close a plant in Golden, Colo. and move the business and equipment to other U.S. locations.
In a statement, the company said the closure will help it improve margins and cut costs.
Graphic Packaging did not say whether workers will be laid off. The company’s CEO did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
