Omega Healthcare raises quarterly dividend
HUNT VALLEY, Md. — Omega Healthcare Investors Inc., a real estate investment trust focused on nursing facilities and other specialty hospitals, said Thursday its board raised its quarterly dividend by 12.5 percent to 36 cents.
The dividend will be paid Aug. 16 to shareholders of record on July 30.
Shares of Omega Healthcare fell 44 cents, or 2.1 percent, to close at $20.87.
