JetBlue Flight Attendant Gets Support from Facebook

NEW YORK (GaeaTimes.com) — Facebook users are supporting Steven Slater’s walk off from JetBlue. A lot of pages has been set up and posted on the much famed social networking site on his regard. Steven Slater got arrested at his place in the Belle Harbor section of Queens by Port Authority of New York And New Jersey police. The charges he faced are of criminal mischief, reckless endangerment and trespassing.
It all started when Steven, a JetBlue flight attendant got into an argument with a passenger on a jetliner arriving at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Monday. Allegedly he abused the passenger, grabbed a beer from the galley and then deployed an emergency exit slide and fled the plane.
JetBlue Airways Corp. officials informed that they are working hand in hand with the police, regarding detailed investigation of the embarrassing incident. They are assuring that a repetition of this type of experience won’t ever happen again and that their customers are absolutely safe.
Steven Slater, 39, remained in police custody Monday night. There is no news on his attorney till now. When called at his old residence his mother refused to speak to the media.
