Navistar gets $56 million order from UK military

WARRENVILLE, Ill. — Navistar Defense has received a second delivery order for $56 million from the U.K. Ministry of Defence for an extra 89 MXT Husky vehicles.

The award is on top of the company’s contract from April 2009 for 262 MXT Husky units for the U.K. Tactical Support Vehicle program.

Deliveries are expected to begin at the end of October and will be completed early next year.
