WP Carey raises dividend to 50.8 cents per share from 50.6 cents, payable Oct. 15

WP Carey hikes dividend to 50.8 cents

NEW YORK — Investment management firm W.P. Carey & Co. said Monday its board of directors raised its quarterly dividend to 50.8 cents per share.

The dividend is payable on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 30. The previous dividend was 50.6 cents per share.

Shares of W.P. Carey rose 49 cents to close at $28.91 Monday.
