Campbell OKs dividend of 27.5 cents per share

CAMDEN, N.J. — Campbell Soup Co. said Thursday its board of directors approved a cash dividend of 27.5 cents per common share.

The soup maker will pay the dividend on Nov. 1 to shareholders of record on Oct. 12.

Shares of Campbell fell 20 cents to $36.33 in afternoon trading Thursday.
