Sensata promotes COO Martha Sullivan to president
NEW YORK — Sensata Technologies Holding NV said Monday it has promoted Chief Operating Officer Martha Sullivan to the additional role of president, effective immediately.
The president’s job is a new one for the company; Sullivan is not replacing anyone.
Sullivan has served as executive vice president, chief operating officer and a director of several of Sensata’s operating units since it was spun off from Texas Instruments in April 2006. She joined Texas Instruments in 1984.
Shares of Sensata fell 8 cents to $19.76 in afternoon trading.
