CapitalSource sets 1-cent quarterly dividend

CHEVY CHASE, Md. — Commercial lender CapitalSource Inc. said its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 1 cent per share.

The Chevy Chase, Md., company said the dividend is payable Dec. 31 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 16.
