AMAG Pharmaceuticals says Mark Skaletsky resigns from board, Lesley Russell to take his place

AMAG names Lesley Russell to board of directors
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Biotechnology company AMAG Pharmaceuticals Inc. said Thursday that director Mark Skaletsky is resigning and the company has appointed Dr. Lesley Russell to replace him on its board of directors.
Russell, 49, is the chief medical officer at biotechnology company Cephalon Inc.
Shares of AMAG fell 53 cents to close at $37.56.
